Acuity-Based Resource Allocation
Each case is assigned a nurse care manager and expert physician consultant. Additional resources may be assigned based on the complexity of the case, care plan progress, or client requirements.
Predictive Modeling
Our complex newborn program uses a sophisticated predictive modeling system that draws from a database containing nearly 180,000 newborn records estimating each infant's Length of Stay (LOS) and costs.
Family Preparedness
CareAssist's nurse care managers work with the family to involve them in decision-making and provide them with the education and resources needed.
Financial Claim Review
Throughout the case, we document changes in levels of care provided and review the billed charges to assure their accuracy. When billing irregularities are identified, our ClinAssist claims resolution services are available to conduct a detailed review of the charges and negotiate on your behalf.
